1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

Since we specialize in fully customized sportswear (including baseball, American football, basketball uniforms, hoodies, and gym wear), processing times vary based on order size:

  • Sample Orders: Processed and manufactured within [5–7] business days.

  • Bulk Orders: Manufacturing turnaround time typically ranges from [2–4] weeks, depending on the order volume and customization complexity.

  • Note: Production begins only after the design mockups are approved and the deposit/payment is confirmed.

2. Worldwide Shipping & Delivery Times

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to teams, clubs, brands, and businesses globally. Once production is complete, we ship via trusted express couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or specialized cargo services).

  • Express Shipping (Air): Delivery takes approximately [5–9] business days globally.

  • Sea/Cargo Shipping (For Large Bulk Orders): Delivery can take [30–45] days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Estimated delivery dates will be provided to you along with your final invoice and tracking details.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight/volume of the shipment and the destination country.

  • For bulk orders, shipping costs will be explicitly detailed in your initial quotation.

  • Any promotional "Free Shipping" offers apply only to specific product categories or order values as advertised on our website.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your shipment leaves our manufacturing facility, you will receive a confirmation email and a message containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Glore Fashion Manufacturer is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the destination country.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We ensure high-quality, secure packaging for all bulk shipments. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at glorefashion8@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 333 8727763 within [48 hours] of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and goods so we can assist you with an insurance claim or replacement.
